This is linked to several factors among which are cognitive, behavioural, environmental or social factors. This study examined cognitive behavioural therapy and exercise adherence among older adults. This involves the concept of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exercise Adherence and Motivation to Exercise Adherence. Theories and Exercise Behaviour Pattern.
