Emergency limited barium swallow done was initially reported as a case of diapragmatic hernia. Autopsy revealed pus within the right lung, and a fistulous connection between the oesophagus and an intra-abdominal organ abnormality were seen, and an occipital meningomyelocoele was also confirmed.enArticle
