Multimodality imaging findings over 13 years- follow-up demostrated progressive wide spread skeletal and soft tissue abnormalities with permeative osteolysis, pathological fractures and severe sketal deformities. Unusual extensive osseous and soft tissue pneumatosis was illustrated on cross-sectional studies.
