Using stratified random sampling, the sample consists of 20 males, 20 females Internally Controlled (I-C) and 20 males, 20 females, Externally Controlled (E-C) Africans and another 20 males, 20 females Internally Controlled (I-C), 20 males, 20 females Externally Controlled (E-C) non- Africans. The analysis of the students' score on an adjustment inventory shows that the Internally- Controlled (I-C), males African students were better adjusted than thier Externally Controlled (E-C), female Non- African counterparts. The implications of these findings were discussed.enArticle
