| dc.description.abstract | In this paper language was defined both in terms of words and symbols including models or techniques. It has been described as a vehicle for communication. And communication is viewed as a means of discharging the function of the manager. It is therefore concluded that language is an effective tool for both the training and the performance of the manager.
